POROUS
The term Porous here refers to the surfaces that held a property of absorbing the liquid, hence the procedure of spraying cleaning solutions renders moot on these surface. Porous surfaces requires longer period to clean and requires more attention to details to bring out the desired results.
NON-POROUS
The non-porous surfaces are termed because of their property of not absorbing the liquid that is sprayed upon them with the sole intent of loosening up the dirt & grime (contaminants) that can be wiped of later on. Non-porous items are about as clean as can be within one hour

THE PROCESS
Step # 1
Before starting the procedure, the team makes sure that all valuables that are present in the vicinity and mentioned by you (the client) before the commencement of the cleaning procedure, is properly secured and covered by drop cloth in a manner that the paper side of the drop cloth is facing upwards and the plastic side is facing downwards, the dropcloth is so light that it takes almost negligible time to protect the valuables whether it be present on the table, drawers or even if it’s the Mahogany desk that you need to be covered. The team covers delicate items that are more susceptible & prone to damage (such as expensive or one of its kind fabrics & pieces of furniture) with the mist that will fall in the process of cleaning walls & ceilings. With the drop cloth, it is secured and does that while saving our precious time. This only comes in handy when we are dealing with non-porous surfaces, unfortunately, when it comes to porous surfaces Diamond Bright staff recommends that you take the necessary time and move the valuables out of the vicinity that needs to be treated and cleaned.
While part of the team takes on the task of protecting the valuables, the rest of the teams starts with the other initial phase of the cleaning that is the vacuuming of the air diffusers & return vents.
Step # 2
Once the team is done with the initial phase, they start with the cleaning procedure itself that requires spraying the ceiling with the cleaning solutions, giving it the proper time to treat and react with the contaminants, making these contaminants vulnerable and in a manner that avoids the solution to run down on the walls as they will be treated individually after getting done with the ceiling. Once the solution has been given proper time to react and be done with its purpose the team wipes the solution off the ceiling.
